Some sessions just feel easy from the very start—and Bennett’s senior session was exactly that. This was my second time working with this wonderful family, and walking into a session already feeling comfortable with everyone makes such a difference. There’s something really special about getting to reconnect and create again together.
We chose to photograph Bennett’s session in Menasha, using a few of my absolute favorite spots. This area has so much variety packed into one location—classic brick buildings, twinkle lights, fun storefronts, and the cutest little garden area at the Spot on Main. It’s one of those places that works beautifully for seniors who want something relaxed, timeless, and not overly posed.
Bennett himself was casual, laid-back, and so easy to work with. He didn’t need anything over-the-top to make his session shine—his calm personality and natural confidence came through effortlessly. These are the kinds of sessions that remind me that senior photos don’t have to be complicated to be impactful.
This session is also a perfect example of how even my simplest senior package can still create meaningful, high-impact images. Great locations, thoughtful guidance, and a comfortable experience go a long way. Sometimes less truly is more.
Bennett’s session was proof that senior photos are about capturing who you are in this season of life—authentically, comfortably, and in a way that still feels special years down the road.
I’m so grateful to have worked with this family again and to help celebrate such an exciting milestone.
