Grayson’s senior session was one of those that just felt *right* from start to finish. Held entirely at Bubolz Nature Preserve, the setting matched his personality perfectly—laid-back, grounded, and deeply connected to the outdoors.
From the moment we started, Grayson was completely at ease. There were no forced posing or awkward moments—he showed up as himself and absolutely crushed it.
That comfort made all the difference, allowing his personality to come through naturally in every image.
One of the highlights of the session was incorporating the things that matter most to him. His dog joined us, adding an extra layer of meaning to the photos. We also included his bow, his gun, and his truck—elements that reflect his interests and lifestyle and help tell *his* story. These personal details are what turn senior photos into something more than just pictures; they become a snapshot of who you are in this season of life.
Grayson’s outfit choices were spot-on. Nothing felt over-styled or out of character, which is always the goal. When seniors wear clothes, they feel comfortable and confident in, it shows.
His looks blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings, enhancing the overall vibe of the session.
Bubolz Nature Preserve was the perfect backdrop for this shoot. The variety of trails, tall grasses, trees, and open spaces provided endless options and stunning scenery throughout the session.
